It is our mission to
provide therapeutic pet interaction to anyone, of any age, in any
location. We will bring the proven benefit of pet therapy into the
lives of those who for any reason do not have
access.
It's not that they're just so darn cute... there is science to support the benefits of these visits. And did we mention, they're so darn cute?!
We will bring the proven benefit of pet therapy into the lives of those who for any reason do not have access.
Limitations such as mobility, age, finances, and mental status
are just some of the barriers that many people face. We strive to
eliminate those barriers by bringing the joy of pet therapy
directly to individuals in need.
There are many well-documented benefits of pet therapy. It is proven that interactions between humans and horses, puppies amd other animals are mentally, physically, psychologically and spiritually beneficial. Concerned Care will make these heart warming interactions a realistic option for everyone to enjoy.
Our Pet Therapeutic Outreach Program is made possible through the support of Concerned Care Home Health and Hospice serving area hospitals, nursing homes, special needs schools, group homes and hospice patients.
